Executive Summary
At ABLF Talks Live, Dr. Rizvi delivered a thought-provoking address on the structural changes required in governance and global cooperation following the COVID-19 pandemic. Emphasizing the disproportionate impact on informal workers and women, he called for a comprehensive rethinking of how societies protect their most vulnerable. The pandemic, he argued, must become a pivot point for long-overdue reforms in employment rights, social safety nets, education, and healthcare.
